Supes to prepare for medical marijuana

At a meeting on Tuesday, February 15th at 11:30 a.m, the La Paz County Board of Supervisors will hold a meeting to discuss the local adoption of Ordinance No. 2011-02, amending the La Paz County Zoning Regulations providing for non-profit Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and non-profit Medical Marijuana Dispensary Cultivation Locations, creating development standards, amending sections of the Zoning Regulations, providing for review standards and providing for an effective implementation date. The meeting will be open to the public.
