Introducing the first of four music festivals right here on the Parker Strip at La Paz County Park Event Area! This will be a series of one and two-day music events featuring quality bands from the Las Vegas Blues Company. The first event is scheduled for February 26 and will feature the Mardi-Gras style of Zydeco by the Bayou Brothers and Sister; Bluegrass to Country and Rock n Roll to Rock-a-Billy by the Charlie Conners Band and some Classic Blues from John Earl’s Boogieman Band. The same top talent you’ll see at “River Run” and “Blues and Brews” in Laughlin.
Update: The cost is just $10.00 for adults, children under 12 are free. The gates open at 10:00 am; Music from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
It is festival type seating so bring your lawn chair or blanket. Food vendors will be on site so no food will be allowed but you may B.Y.O.B.! (No glass please.)

Where do the gates open? Maybe it’s like a treasure hunt to find festival location. This article gives no hint other than somewhere between the dams.

Thanks horseguy! I was trying to drive people to the website linked in the article but, I added that the music fest will take place at La Paz County Park in the event area. Also, there will only be general admission of $10 and children 12 & under are free!
