Flags at half staff

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has requested the flags at all buildings and facilities of the State of Arizona be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 in honor of Captain Nathan J. Nylander.  Capt. Nylander was assigned to the 25th Operational Weather Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and was killed in action April 27, at the Kabul International Airport, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered from gunfire.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday May 10th 2011 at Pantano Christian Church 10355 East 29th Street Tucson, AZ.

Individuals, businesses, private organizations and other government agencies are encouraged to join in this tribute.
