Film Camp 12+

The La Paz County Public Health Education and Prevention Programs and the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension are offering free summer day camp programs for local youth. The camps are funded by a grant from the Adobe Software Corporation. The purpose of the film program is to provide youth the skills to express their creativity by designing, creating, and publishing their own digital films. All equipment will be provided. At the end of each camp, youth will be provided a copy of their finished film.

The University of Arizona Extension Office and the La Paz County Public Health Education and Prevention Programs are grateful for their partnerships with Arizona Western College, Bluewater Cinemas, and the Centennial Public Library to ensure that the summer camp program provides an enjoyable and educational experience for local youth. There is no charge to register for the camp, however space is limited and available to youth ages 12 and up. Interested youth should not delay in contacting the La Paz 4-H office. All of the camps are from 9am until 1 pm. Snacks will be provided.
