Local cable buildings, vehicles rebrand to Suddenlink

Officials with local cable company Suddenlink said today that customers will be seeing re-branded buildings and vehicles and employees wearing new apparel when they get new Suddenlink green and blue colors,  beginning this weekend. Suddenlink acquired NPG April 1.

To celebrate the official transition, the Suddenlink customer care office in Parker at 1620 California Avenue will host an open house July 22 during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests will be treated to refreshments and giveaway items while supplies last.

Customers already have been receiving welcome messages and information from Suddenlink. Beginning Monday July 18, people trying to reach the former NPG website will be redirected to Suddenlink.com for information about Suddenlink services.

Customers trying to reach Suddenlink can call the same toll-free number, 800-896-5701, they have been using to call NPG and can visit the same local customer care stores they have visited in the past for cable service needs. Bills printed July 20 or later will now be branded Suddenlink.

“We’re looking forward to completing the transition to Suddenlink systems,” said Suddenlink Vice President of Operations Dan Spoelman. “We’re very pleased and excited to be serving this area and look forward to bringing new and enhanced services, including faster Internet speeds and new HD channels, in the near future.”
