Here now comes the other side…….I have a serious problem with Biker Bachelor Project. There is nothing wrong with living out your dreams. But when one becomes a father of three small children it is time to put aside the need to fulfill your own selfish dream and start living for your children. Ask yourself, would my children rather have me near them or would they rather have me chasing tail across the country?
noibew- This is just BlueWater Cinemas flyer for the event. You’ll have to talk to Mr. Savino about the project itself (which sounds like a great idea to me)!
Me thinks “noibew” is someone that I may know due to the fact that they know about my 3 kids, who I love intensely. However, at the same time it must not be someone extremely close to me because if so they would know the personal situation at hand and would completely understand why I am doing what I am doing. In fact, if “noibew” knew just a smidge of the details of the situation that has brought me to this Project’s creation and development he or she would be willing to support this endeavor 100%.
I do expect for there to be some negativity regarding this project, every great idea has it’s opponents, but to call it a “selfish dream” is ridiculous. As far as the “Chasing Tail” comment, if it was just about chasing tail don’t you think I could do that with a lot less effort, time, and resources here on the beautiful Colorado River?
This Project has personal and occupational reasons. Yes there is nothing wrong with living out your dreams and if your dream was to deter me in any way then I’m proud to say that not all dreams come true. Good luck in your dreams and endeavors for I will find the same in mine.
Well I certainly do not know the specifics of Josh’s personal situation but I do know Josh… I know that he does loves his kids. He would never do anything to harm his relationships with them. I have full faith that Josh has come to the conclusion to take on this endeavor with a clear heart and conscience. He would only ever do something that would better him and or his situation 🙂 Josh, Good Luck with your project!

Please don’t misinterpet my comments. I’m sure Josh is a wonderful human being who loves his children dearly. But, in my opinion, it is a selfish dream. I’m sure any child would rather have their parent near them than roaming around the country for any reason. You say the reason is to make a better life….you could spend the energy this project takes and put it towards finding employment in the vicinity of your family. You can’t make up time with your kids. Your project sounds like a wonderful idea and lots of fun – for you. However, when you become a father your priorities should change.
I probably would not have commented on this at all, except for the fact that your asking for “hands outs” to finance your venture. Really, your kidding right?
Wouldn’t your story be more captivating if you “did it” on your own? Sounds like your looking for an all expense paid vacation.

You don’t even know the circumstances behind all this! FYI it wasn’t Josh who left his kids, they were taken from him to another city. Regarding the handouts comment, I know lots of people who are extremely happy to help Josh out on this venture, first of all they’re getting exposure and sponsorships for it, and second they know and love Josh and want this project to succeed! Do you always have such a joyless attitude to the world around you? Did it ever occur to you that this process might make Josh a BETTER father than the miserable lonely one he would be if he followed your ‘advice’?

To Josh’s fan club – This project is not in the best interest of the children, no matter how you slice and dice it. Kids don’t care if you fame and fortune but they do care if they have loving parents in their life; that’s what kids need. Josh may need something else.
Also, one parent cannot pick up and leave with kids further than 100 miles without permission of the court and/or parent. It doesnt matter the specifics, it boils down to making choices. The biker bachelor chooses to fulfill his dreams.
Noibew- I assume you must think you know what’s best for Josh’s children better than he and the kids’ mother, but the rest of us don’t think so. You’ve made your point…. thank you.

Is he hurting anyone? Is there violence or a victim involved? Where’s the crime in having an idea, crazy as you may think it is, and having the gumption to attempt to make it a reality?
