On April 12th, 2013 at approximately 6:30 p.m. a Parker Police officer attempted to serve an arrest warrant on Peter Timothy Silva Jr., 34 years old.
As the officer attempted to contact Silva he started to run and then abruptly stopped and turned toward the officer and assumed a fighting stance. Silva then complied with the officers’ commands and was handcuffed without incident.
While searching Silva the officer discovered approximately 41 grams of methamphetamine in Silva’s possession along with two knives and $581 in cash. Silva then told the officer he had completed 3 years in prison for sales of drugs and currently did not have a job. Silva was arrested and booked into the County Jail for sales of dangerous drugs and possession of dangerous drugs in addition to his warrants.
