Oh at that “3 second light”… wouldn’t surprise me if they were trying to cross the intersection..
Light turns green (Going from SW to Walmart) and it turns yellow and red before you even clear the crosswalk on the other side. I think they set the timer on purpose that way to keep the first responders busy.
