Caught on cam: Man pulls up in front of youth center, throws cinderblock through front door

A vandal who threw a rock through the glass of the front door at Player’s 9th Street Youth Center early Monday morning is wanted by police after he was caught on camera in the act.

Security camera footage showed a dark-colored vehicle pull up, a man get out and throw an object which turned out to be a cinderblock wrapped in a blank job application. The block shattered the glass of the door. The footage was recorded at 1:18am Monday morning.
