What a barnburner! Broncs were up 20-6 at halftime. Yuma came back in the third quarter and by the fourth it was tied 26-26. With 15 seconds remaining QB Cody Esquerra rolled out and hit Roman Robledo in the end zone to put the Broncs up 32-26. Parker added an extra point to win it 33-26!

Some great plays by Esquerra, who picked off a pass on defense to stop a Yuma drive and keep Parker in the game. Outstanding running by CJ Markel, Spencer Moore and Sam McGuire, who also has a key sack on the Yuma QB in the third quarter. Jonathon McTarsney played a great game on special teams, serving as the Broncs kick and punt return specialist. Rookie kicker Javier Torres had an outstanding debut and senior Ryan Gray was a beast on both offense and defense in the Parker win.

The KLPZ crew named QB Cody Esquerra as the player of the game. The unbeaten Broncs travel to Kingman this Friday to take on Lee Williams High School.

  1. Keep up the good work Broncs. What happen to the blue and yellow of years past?

  2. So disappointed in the changing of the school colors. Some traditions are just not meant to be altered.

  3. Right Rudy Gonzales?
Uniforms are looking closer and closer to Black or Purple!

  4. So what’s the idea of changing Parker High School colors. Who’s idea was that? Someone from outta town? Not an Alumni? Also, what’s tht brown BURRO running out in the field. Looks more like a BURRO then a Bronc. AND….should be Blue and Gold. SAD NEWS FOR ALL ALUMNI’S!!!! GREAT JOB PARKER HIGH!!!!
