Famous for introducing a free continental breakfast and a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee, the Hampton by Hilton brand is open for guests in Parker, AZ just minutes from the Colorado River.
First proposed in 2014, the new hotel broke ground several months ago opposite the La Paz campus of Arizona Western College at the corner of Geronimo Avenue and 11th Street. It saw its first guests arrive to stay Thursday, in one of 80 guest rooms.
The rooms are outfitted with microwaves and mini-refrigerators, and have 50-inch LCD TVs with HD channels, desks with ergonomic chairs and high speed internet. Upgraded rooms have more space and a seating area.
Guests will enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast daily from 6am until 10am, and for breakfast on the go, can grab a Hampton’s On the Run™ Breakfast Bag on weekdays. The outdoor pool and whirlpool are there for unwinding at the end of the day, and there is a fitness center too.
Business guests have access to the hotel’s Business Center, express mail service, fax, meeting rooms, photo copying service, printer and the rental of audiovisual equipment if they need it. There are mobility-accessible and hearing-accessible rooms available also.
The finishing touches are being added now, with parking lot and landscaping coming together. The hotel is next to the Best Western Inn on Geronimo Avenue, an area of town that’s seen a lot of change lately.
Parker, AZ is known for its year-round tourism, with summer guests tending to be there for the watersports and river-based recreation and winter guests tending to be there for the scenery, the perfect winter weather and the desert-based recreation. The Hampton Inn will add much-needed high quality accommodations and hospitality, with all the amenities Hampton by Hilton customers have come to expect.

Very nice , you pay what you want !!
Wow! Nice!
Good luck!!
Great new hotel there for Parker, I and my wife might stay there soon, we do love these types of hotels as they are really what they say they are, very clean and comfortable rooms with all the nice amenities, plus the breakfast is also as you do save some money on one meal but the times for breakfast have been between the hours of 6am to 10am at the Hampton Inns we have stayed at, it is better than having to go to Havasu for this type of Hotel but if someone wanted the more luxurious Hotels to stay at then they would have to go to Havasu or all the to Laughlin for those Hotels.
Awesome. Another choice on where to stay is never bad.
Awe Thanks Rob Thomason
