Which state’s laws are enforced on the Parker Strip? California’s or Arizona’s? Does it depend on what side of the river you’re on? Or what state you’re a resident of? Or what state your boat is registered in? Or what agency pulls you over? How do boating cops do their job, and what should people expect when they encounter them on patrol?
