The Monument Fire, as seen by La Paz Co. DPS

Arizona Department of Public Safety officers from La Paz County were dispatched to the Monument Fire near Sierra Vista last month. These photographs were taken by them as they attended the emergency in that area, helping firefighters to save many homes. The fire burned over 20,000 acres before being contained.
