The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Western Area Power Administration (Western) today released the final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Quartzsite Solar Energy Project. Quartzsite Solar Energy, LLC, a subsidiary of SolarReserve, LLC, is the proponent for the project.
