Buckskin Sanitary District’s message to its customers, as communicated via digital signboard yesterday, is to conserve water drastically, including waiting to flush toilets until absolutely necessary. A fire at a sewage treatment plant has made the plant inoperable until repairs are completed, and a reported 12 trucks per day are carrying sewage to the Joint Venture near Parker meanwhile.
