Today in federal district court in Phoenix, Rhesa Briann Cuadras, 33, of Big River, Calif., pleaded guilty to one count of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. Cuadras was charged with four counts of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.
