Kidnapper gets 18 years in prison

A Parker man has been sentenced to nearly 18 years in prison for a kidnapping on the Colorado River Indian Tribes reservation in 2014. Federal prosecutors say 22-year-old William James Gilchrist on Monday received a 213-month prison term, followed by five years of supervised release.
