On April 11, 2011, David Allen Hall, 24, a transient, entered a plea of guilty to two counts of kidnapping. The plea agreement will require Hall to serve 10.5 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections. Hall is not eligible for probation or early release. Sentencing is set for May 9, 2011.
