The second-degree murder trial of a woman who is accused of causing the death of two children in a crash on I-10 is set to begin in Parker Tuesday. A fire broke out Saturday night and was attended by local agencies at Windmill Resort on the California side of the Parker Strip (opposite La Paz County Park).
