Yakima rejects County’s offer, submits proposal

With Yakima Company rejecting La Paz County’s $9.2 million settlement offer, the Board of Supervisors have scheduled an executive session for Tuesday to meet with its attorneys and “review Yakima’s proposal…”

The item following the executive session on Tuesday’s agenda is potential action with regard Yakima’s counter offer, a portion of the special meeting which will be open to the public.

The executive session is scheduled Tuesday at 1:30pm.
