Suspected murderer Mickey Anderson (pictured), has escaped from the CRIT Detention Facility. Anderson, who was being held for homicide, should be considered mentally unstable and dangerous.

On March 9th, 2014 at 1:09 am, inmates Mickey Anderson, Joshua Mike and Aaron Drennan physically assaulted a CRIT Detention Officer and escaped from the jail. Within hours, the CRIT Police Department with the assistance of the La Paz County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Border Patrol and the Lake Havasu City Police Department, was able to locate Joshua Mike and Aaron Drennan and return them into custody.

Mickey Anderson was last seen wearing orange inmate clothing, however, it is believed that he has since changed. Anderson is a 25 year old Native American male with brown hair (shaved head) and brown eyes. He is 6 feet 1 inch tall, 155 pounds and has a tattoo on his neck that reads “Mickey Jr”, and another on his chest that reads “mouse”.

The La Paz County Task Force is offering a $1000 reward for any information leading to the location and arrest of Mickey Anderson. If you see Anderson, do not attempt to make contact; dial “911” immediately.

  5. He was caught today near my children’s elementary school. Big kudos to Blythe PD Riverside County Sheriffs and anyone who helped in his capture. We have enough scumbags in our little town we sure don’t need any more.
