The 37th Annual Parker Tube Float is June 7, 2014 ! Float-aritaville: It’s always 5 o’clock in Parker Arizona!
Grab those islander tubes, castaway hats, sunscreen and a bunch of friends and head out to La Paz County Park for the Annual Parker Tube Float! This is the biggest fundraiser for the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce and has become a premier summer event for the entire community!
It’s just $10 to register for the event and you can do that on-line at www.parkerfun.com Pre-Register before June 5, 2014 at Noon, to get FREE PARKING at La Paz County Park. The first 300 to pre-register will receive an event t-shirt and a goody bag filled with cool stuff from our sponsors. Registered floaters will be placed into the big brass tumbler for many cool prizes at the finish line at the BlueWater Resort & Casino’s River’s Edge Cantina. We have received a Les Paul guitar autographed by Joe Bonamassa as a Grand Prize! There will be many other wonderful prizes, too!

What started out as a good family type event turned into drunk and stupid somewhere along the way. Nice to see the chamber promoting the alcohol (ab)use.
The drunken are not the only ones that enjoy themselves out there. Just stay your path away from them down the river and you can have just as much fun.
