APS tells Parker that the Bouse area is experiencing a storm-caused power outage, and that it is working to solve the problem. Man pleased guilty to child abuse and assault

Jason Martinez, 29, of Parker and an enrolled member of the Colorado River Indian Tribes, pleaded guilty this week in two separate cases to child abuse and assault with a dangerous weapon.
