BSD Chief Plant Operator resigns

APS has advised us that power has been restored to the town of Bouse, but that around 300 customers in Wenden remain without power as crews try to make it to locations for repairs. APS tells Parker that the Bouse area is experiencing a storm-caused power outage, and that it is working to solve the problem.
